DMC also finds its natural rationality and legitimacy in the national revival;

With the natural legitimacy combined with DMC and globalization, it will exceed the legitimacy of China's original political structure, so two requirements are put forward, one is the constraints of power, and the other is the rotation of power;

The requirements of DMC are actually the establishment of a constitutional government system. However, it is impossible for China to have political entities and classes that have different political demands at all. The constitutional system within the party realizes the restrictions and the operation of power;
